Returning

Can I return my items?

We use 2 categories, custom cut pieces and full rolls.

Retrieved from cut-to-size pieces cannot be returned in principle. These will be customized for you. The exception is if the wrong length size or wrong diameter is supplied.

For full rolls they may be returned. This is subject to a statutory deadline of days 14 after receipt. Full rolls are 50 meters long or multiples thereof.

Are returns free?

No, the cost of returns is borne by the buyer.

When will I get the money back?

Once the return is received and accepted we will refund the return amount within 5 business days.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes you can as long as the item has not yet been shipped or customized, you can cancel. But we work at lightning speed, so in this case it is most convenient to contact us by phone.
