Depending on the delivery country, a number of delivery days are added. Once we have shipped the package you will receive a tracking code that will allow you to track the package.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>What are the small order costs?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>For orders smaller than 20 euros, a 10 euro small order fee will be charged. Tip: It is often beneficial to order a little more so that these are dropped.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>How soon will I receive my order?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Packages within Europe are generally sent by GLS. Any additional costs shall be borne by the buyer.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>How expensive is delivery?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Within the European Union, we have fixed low rates. Using a credit check, we see if we can deliver on account. If approved, you will simply receive a bill to be paid within 30 days. Send us an email with your company information and purchase order and we will open an account for you!<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Do I always get the hose delivered in 1 piece?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>We strive to deliver your order in as few pieces as possible however in 1 piece is not always possible. For example, it could happen that an order of, say, 70 meters will be delivered in a 50-meter piece and a 20-meter piece or 40 + 30 meters depending on stock.
